You are the "face" of the dining room, ensuring high satisfaction through professional table service and a welcoming atmosphere. The position takes place in a high-energy, upscale restaurant setting. Expect a fast-paced "dinner rush" with multiple tables seated simultaneously. The environment is social and loud, requiring the server to navigate a large floor plan with high visibility.Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)Take meal and beverage orders accurately, explain daily specials, and address residents by name to foster a sense of community.Set and reset tables according to community standards, clear courses promptly, and maintain a clean, attractive dining environment.Perform routine serving and cleaning tasks with frequent interruptions while maintaining a polite, professional "can-do" attitude.Comfortably handle cleaning agents to sanitize tables and work areas; assist in operating dietary equipment such as dishwashers as needed.BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO) for Full-time EmployeesInsurance Benefits for Full-time Employees**MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.
