About The RoleThe role focuses on designing intuitive, scalable interfaces for complex B2B SaaS workflows, transforming dense data sets and technical requirements into streamlined user journeys. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design intent is maintained from initial wireframes through to high-fidelity implementation.This position requires a deep understanding of design systems and component-based architecture to maintain visual consistency across a growing suite of web and mobile applications. The role is critical in bridging the gap between user needs and technical feasibility, ensuring every feature launch meets high standards for usability and accessibility.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma to communicate design logic and interaction patterns to stakeholdersMaintain and expand a comprehensive design system, ensuring all components adhere to WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and brand guidelinesConduct iterative usability testing and user research sessions to validate design hypotheses and identify friction points in current workflowsCollaborate with front-end engineers during the handoff process, providing redlines, asset exports, and CSS specifications to ensure pixel-perfect implementationAnalyze product telemetry and user feedback to propose data-driven design improvements that increase task completion rates and user retentionFacilitate design sprints and workshops to align cross-functional teams on project goals and technical constraintsWhat We Are Looking For3–6 years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically working on complex web applications or enterprise software environmentsExpert-level proficiency with Figma, including advanced features like auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and library managementProven track record of shipping products, supported by a portfolio demonstrating systematic thinking, information architecture, and visual craftStrong understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and limitations to effectively communicate with engineering teamsExperience conducting qualitative user research and translating findings into actionable design requirementsBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related technical fieldBonus: Experience with Framer, Motion Design, or basic React/front-end development skills
