They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.\nWhat You'll Do:\nPerform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.\nConduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.\nAssist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.\nReview assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.\nSupport energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.\nInspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.\nUse existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.\nImpact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.\nDeliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.\nWhat You'll Need:\nHigh School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.\nMeet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.\nAbility to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.\nCommunication skills to exchange straightforward information.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
