This role is centered on hands-on development, architectural decision-making, and mentoring developers to support the delivery of high-quality, scalable software applications. As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will help modernize our systems, drive sound engineering practices, and contribute to the successful implementation of new solutions aligned with business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional partners while providing technical guidance, thoughtful code review, and day-to-day mentorship to other engineers. We use AI agentic-assisted development and are continually refining our processes to help developers be as productive and effective as possible.\n\nThe ideal candidate has a strong software engineering background, expertise in Ruby on Rails (or similar frameworks), VueJS (or React), and experience working with cloud-hosted environments, especially AWS. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role\nThe pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
