Clinical Outreach & Consult Coordinator (Part-Time) Location: Virtual (other than events) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–4:00pm (20 hours/week) Additional Hours: 1-3 evening networking events per month Soho Integrative Psychological Services PLLC is seeking a thoughtful, organized, and personable Clinical Outreach & Consult Coordinator to support patient access and referral relationships across our practices. This role is ideal for psychology students, graduate students in mental health fields, or individuals considering a future career in clinical psychology or psychotherapy. The position combines consultation calls with prospective patients and professional outreach within the mental health community, helping individuals connect with the right clinician while strengthening referral relationships with other providers. About Our Practice Soho Integrative Psychological Services PLLC is comprised of two highly respected specialty practices: NY Health Hypnosis & Integrative Therapy Soho Integrative EMDR Unlike traditional high-volume therapy practices, we operate as a selective group of highly trained clinical psychologists and therapists committed to excellence in psychotherapy. As our organization continues to grow, we plan to expand with two additional specialty practices: Soho Integrative Regulation Therapy Soho Somatic Integration Therapy, focused on somatic and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. Responsibilities: Patient Consultation Calls Conduct brief 15-minute consultation calls with prospective patients Provide information about the practice’s services and specialties Help determine the best clinician fit for new clients Schedule follow ups with therapists Document consultation outcomes Follow up with prospective clients when appropriate Referral Outreach & Relationship Development Identify and connect with potential referral partners including therapists, physicians, and wellness providers Maintain and update a referral partner database Conduct outreach via email and professional networking Schedule introductory conversations with potential referral sources Track outreach and referral activity Marketing & Communications Support Assist with practice communications such as newsletters and outreach emails Create simple outreach materials using Canva (e.g., referral sheets, event graphics) Maintain contact lists and mailing lists Professional Networking Events Attend professional networking events in NYC (typically 1–3 events per month) Represent the practice within the mental health and wellness community Build relationships with potential referral partners Add new professional contacts to the referral database Send follow-up messages to new contacts after events Schedule This is a part-time role with a consistent weekly schedule: Monday – Friday 12:00pm – 4:00pm + Occasional Evening Networking Events Each day includes consultation calls as well as dedicated time for outreach and relationship development. Occasional evening networking events may occur outside the regular schedule. Standard Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience 20 hours per week Additional Compensation: $75 stipend per approved networking event (up to 4 hours) Transportation and event-related expenses covered via company card Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Warm, personable, and comfortable speaking with prospective patients Organized and detail-oriented Interested in the mental health field and psychotherapy Comfortable with professional outreach and relationship-building Proactive and able to manage multiple responsibilities Preferred background Undergraduate or graduate studies in psychology, counseling, or a related field Interest in clinical psychology, psychotherapy, or behavioral health Experience with healthcare coordination or administrative roles is helpful but not required Why This Role Is Unique This position offers exposure to both the clinical and operational side of a specialized psychotherapy practice, including: patient consultations and intake referral networks within the mental health community advanced psychotherapy modalities such as hypnosis and EMDR practice development within a growing integrative mental health organization For someone interested in the field of psychotherapy, this role offers the opportunity to observe how a highly specialized clinical practice operates and grows.
