We also host *private events in our back room*, giving our team the opportunity to work a variety of dining and event experiences.\n\n*We’re Looking For*\n\nWe’re looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and dependable *Server* to join our team. We are currently hiring for both *part-time and full-time* positions.\n\nThe ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with guests, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent service.\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests\n* Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently\n* Make menu and beverage recommendations when appropriate\n* Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally\n* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area\n* Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and other team members\n* Process guest checks and payments accurately\n* Assist with setup and service for private events\n* Help create a positive experience for guests from arrival through departure\n* Follow restaurant standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service\n\n*What We’re Looking For*\n\n* Previous restaurant serving experience preferred\n* Excellent customer service and communication skills\n* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented\n* Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment\n* Able to remain calm and professional during busy service\n* Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails is a plus\n* Availability for *Friday and/or Saturday evenings is strongly preferred*\n* Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed\n\n*What We Offer*\n\n* *$16.90/hour + tips*\n* Part-time and full-time opportunities\n* A fun, lively atmosphere with *live jazz Friday & Saturday*\n* Opportunities to work private events\n* A welcoming team environment\n* Opportunity to build hospitality and service experience in a beautiful Sausalito setting\n\n*Interested in joining the Notte Divino team?*\nWe’d love to hear from you!
