This individual will play a key role in drafting, designing, coordinating, and supporting architectural projects from planning through execution.The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong in both REVIT and AutoCAD, and comfortable managing aspects of projects independently while collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and design architectural plans using REVIT and AutoCADDevelop construction documents, layouts, elevations, and technical drawingsCoordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholdersAssist with project planning, scheduling, and overall project management activitiesReview drawings and specifications for accuracy and code complianceParticipate in client meetings and project discussions as neededSupport projects through permitting, revisions, and construction administration phasesSkills & QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Registered ArchitectActive architectural registration/license in at least one U.S. stateStrong proficiency in REVIT and AutoCADAbility to independently draft and produce project documentsPrior project management or project coordination experienceStrong understanding of construction documents, permitting, and building codesExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyPreferred ExperienceCommercial, multifamily, healthcare, or mixed-use project experienceExperience coordinating with multidisciplinary teamsKnowledge of BIM workflows and construction administration processesCompany Description Nova Group, Inc. is a small architecture firm employing 6 people currently.
