Day in and out, you will be the face of the Brand to our customer, building relationships, listening, and relating using your excellent interpersonal skills, while guiding the customer to the best fitting product that meets their needs.\nMost importantly, you are a high performer who consistently exceed sales goals & customer satisfaction metrics…..and of course you will support the business by executing great visual and operational merchandising standards.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nGreet, welcome and engage with customers in a warm, inviting & personable manner.\nHighly effective implementation of the TRUE Experience sales management process. We will teach you to maximize revenue by delivering the experience each customer wants.\nProvide assistance to each customer to select merchandise, including making recommendations based on individualized needs and preference.\nProficient in product and brand info educating the customer.\nAnswer customer questions about products and services in a knowledgeable and informative way.\nProcess sales transactions accurately and efficiently.\nMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the store environment.\nParticipate in visual merchandising activities.\nMeet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis.\nConsistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction metrics.\nStay up-to-date and knowledgeable on products and promotions.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n2+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a high-volume environment.\nExcellent customer service skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.\nStrong motivation and drive to succeed.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\nPhysical Demands:\nThe Sales Associate must be able to:\nStand for long periods of time.\nLift and carry up to 50 pounds.\nClimb ladders and step stools.\nWork in a fast-paced environment.\nBenefits:\nWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package for all Full Time associates, including:\nHealth insurance\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\n401(k) plan with company match\nPaid vacation and sick leave\nEmployee discounts\nIf you are a motivated and customer-oriented individual with a passion for fashion and a proven track record of success in sales, we encourage you to apply for this position.
