Project Manager

Project Manager Department as a whole is responsible for:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Setup jobs in electronic binder system, Quickbooks, and Dropbox
Submit product submittals including paint, wallcovering, etc.
Order and process drawdown submittals
Create Safety and HazComm manuals for each job
Maintain Dropbox files for Superintendents
Conduct/Participate in start meetings for each project to go over scope and potential problems
Order insurance certificates for each job
Process tax exempt certificates for each job
Enter material receipts and verify pricing
Enter vendor receipts and verify pricing
Prepare/submit monthly billings/pay applications
Process RFI's, ASI's, plan changes
Review superintendent daily reports for potential issues
Process change orders and time & material tickets
Follow up on change orders & payment status
Complete attic stock and warranty letters
Review contract scopes
Facilitate/participate in weekly job progress meetings to determine current job status
Correspond with Project Managers in regard to current projects
Ensure that JHAs are being filled out per task change
Coordinate trainings such as OSHA, Lift, Scaffolding, etc.
Coordinate all material & bulk orders
Assist with badging applications
SKILLS
Quickbooks Intermediate
Excel proficient
Word Intermediate
Adobe Intermediate
Bluebeam intermediate
Blueprint reading proficient
Commercial Construction experience
Strong written & verbal skills
Good ability to read blueprints
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
