developers, architects, and administrators to design scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices and Bunge standards.\nSupport testing activities including test planning, test case validation, UAT coordination, defect analysis, and deployment readiness assessments.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application issues related to Salesforce configuration, business processes, integrations, data quality, and user access.\nMaintain functional and technical documentation including process flows, solution designs, data mappings, configuration documents, and release documentation.\nProvide production support and continuous improvement recommendations to enhance platform adoption, user experience, operational efficiency, and business value.\nOwn and manage the solutions to complex problems related to deployments and environment stability, often in situations where clear precedents may not exist.\nCollaborate closely with development teams, architects, and managers, quality assurance teams, business analysts, and IT leadership.\n\nKnowledge and Technical Competencies:\n\nStrong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration, security model, data model, workflow automation, Flow, reports, and dashboards.\nExperience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, solution documentation, and stakeholder management.\nKnowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and enterprise application interfaces.\nAbility to perform root cause analysis, impact assessments, testing coordination, and change management activities.\nExtensive experience
