Utilizing their ability to make sense of large quantities of complex data, the Scheduler will work closely with the Project Managers and Project Superintendents to input schedule status updates, incorporate logic changes and delays, and analyze project schedule progress. To support a collaborative, and team-focused environment, the construction scheduler will be based fully in person at the project site near Amarillo, TX.\n\nSalary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 DOE + Incentives & per diem\n\nEssential Responsibilities:\nCollect and input schedule status update information into the record project schedule.\nAttend project schedule progress meetings as needed.\nIdentify changes to the project schedule.\nNotify teams of impacts to critical path activities and/or schedule logic.\nEnsure technical schedule integrity is maintained.\nProduce and distribute weekly and monthly schedules, forecasts, and reports.\nManage Outlook distribution lists and standard form emails for schedule distribution.\nMaintain project schedule archives and documentation.\nQualifications:\nProfessional Experience and Education\nA minimum of two (2) years’ construction project scheduling experience with Primavera software (P6) required.\nSpecific experience in industrial and/or hi-tech semiconductor manufacturing projects is preferred.\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent degree/certification and/or equivalent related work experience in data management required.\nEducational background in materials and methods of construction.\nPosition Related Skills\nExperience with project management software such as Primavera Project Planner (P6), Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.\nProficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Teams), and have a general understanding of working within a computer network.\nExperience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks.\nTraining in design and construction document reading, design specifications, survey theory and techniques.\nExperience in organizing technical data in a neat and accurate method. Familiar with CSI specification system for construction.\nDemonstrate a thorough understanding of all aspects of low voltage electrical construction.\nHighly developed visual observation and interpretation skills.\nAbility to work well and maintain a cooperative attitude through high-pressure situations.\nExcellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work while frequently interrupted by phone calls and questions on work in progress.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.\nAbility to work closely with a variety of trade and craft people in a field work situation.
