System Administrator / ICS-OT Technician

ResponsibilitiesAdminister HMI workstations running SCADA software, including operating system maintenance, software updates, and configuration management Develop, modify, and maintain PLC ladder logic programs for facility systems including well systems, utility controls, and environmental monitoring Implement and maintain automated logout and session management on all SCADA HMI systems per DISA security requirements Create and maintain documentation of all PLC configurations, I/O mappings, and program changesTest all logic changes in a controlled manner before deploying to production control systemsMaintain and administer the SCADA network infrastructure including switches, cabling, and network segmentation Support hardware replacement projects including procuring, staging, configuring, and deploying network equipment Ensure network segmentation between SCADA and enterprise networks is maintained and documented Troubleshoot network connectivity issues affecting SCADA and EMCS communications Coordinate with the 355th Communications Squadron on network changes that cross organizational boundariesMaintain all systems in compliance with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) applicable to ICS and SCADA environments Support periodic security assessments and respond to findings with documented corrective actions Maintain configuration baselines for all administered systems and document deviations Follow all OPSEC requirements for work performed on or near sensitive Air Force systems Report potential cybersecurity incidents or anomalous system behavior to the COR immediatelyContribute to the monthly status report submitted to the COR, documenting all tasks completed, systems worked, outages remediated, and upcoming work Maintain an accurate and current inventory of all SCADA, EMCS, PLC, and HMI components under CyberMyte responsibility Produce and maintain technical documentation for all systems, configurations, and procedures Coordinate access requests, work authorizations, and base entry logistics for all on-installation workMust HaveActive Secret security clearanceUnited States citizen3 or more years of hands-on experience with industrial control systems, SCADA platforms, or building automation systems in an operational environmentDirect experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent), including ladder logic development and modificationExperience administering Windows-based HMI workstations running SCADA software such as Wonderware, FactoryTalk, IgnitionScada, or equivalentExperience administering Windows-based HMI workstations running SCADA software such as Wonderware, FactoryTalk, IgnitionScada, or equivalentExperience in federal, military, or similarly regulated operational environments preferredCertifications to haveCompTIA Security+ (required; must hold at time of hiring or obtain within 90 days of start)One or more of the following preferred: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA CySA+, GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional), ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate, or vendor-specific PLC certificationsWhat's great about the job?You get to solve complex security puzzles for unique, non-traditional IT systems.Your work directly protects the operational technology that keeps a critical military installation running.You will be a key technical authority, respected for your expertise and trusted to make critical design decisions.You'll work in a focused environment where technical excellence is the measure of successWhat We OfferAt Team CyberMyte, youll work in an environment where your decisions matter, your work is respected, and your leadership is trusted.
