As an Intermediate Level Structural Designer, you will continue your career as a key contributor to the design team, responsible for developing design concepts and producing 2D and 3D deliverables. As part of this team; you will support the development of structural models in Revit or other design software for advanced technology manufacturing environments, including semiconductor fabrication and support facilities. Your responsibilities will include producing complete sets of structural plans and details that reflect the project's scope and comply with both department and client standards. You are expected to manage your own workload independently within assigned scope, take ownership of your work, uphold your commitments, and maintain strong attention to detail. You will support coordination efforts and contribute to team execution within defined scope, with opportunities for growth based on your performance, capability, and initiative.Key Responsibilities: Develop 3D structural models based on verbal instructions or rough sketchesProduce complete drawings or portions of drawing sets for assigned scopeApply department and client standards consistently with normal review and feedbackTake ownership of assigned scope within defined direction and project requirementsVerify completeness and accuracy of own work prior to submissionSupport coordination with related disciplines as required for assigned scopeParticipate in coordination, QA/QC, BIM, or similar processes as assignedSupport team coordination and contribute to group task execution within assigned scopeExecute tasks independently after initial direction without step-by-step instruction for routine workSeek guidance and clarification when scope, standards, or direction are unclearSupport team members by addressing needsAdvance design automation skills and embrace emerging technologiesContribute to a collaborative team environment and uphold a Culture of CareRequired Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalentCompleted coursework in Computer-Aided Drafting and DesignMinimum of 2 years drafting/design experience in the structural fieldMinimum of 1 year Revit experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications: Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or equivalent3 years of Revit experienceExperience with Navisworks and BluebeamExperience designing traditional steel and concrete structuresExperience with general industrial facilities, preferably semiconductor-relatedIn order to be considered for this role, you must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
