This is a hands‑on role where you’ll contribute meaningfully across all phases of project delivery, from concept through construction administration, with direct mentorship from experienced architects in a supportive team‑first environment.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nDevelop design solutions and produce architectural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD\n\nCoordinate with engineering consultants, integrating Civil, MEP, and Structural documents\n\nIncorporate redlines and revisions from project reviews accurately and efficiently\n\nSupport the production of renderings and visual presentations\n\nSupport construction administration through site visits, RFI management, and submittals\n\nResearch materials, products, and manufacturers to inform design and specifications\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture\n\n1‑3 years of architectural experience\n\nProficiency or solid working knowledge of Revit\n\nBasic familiarity with building codes, construction methods, and materials\n\nDetail‑oriented, collaborative, and genuinely eager to grow\n\nWhat You’ll Get\n\nSalary: $50,000 - $75,000 based on experience\n\nQuarterly performance bonuses and annual profit sharing\n\nMedical, dental, HSA, short‑term disability, and life insurance\n\nRetirement plan with company match\n\nGenerous PTO and flexible paid holidays\n\nMentorship, increasing responsibility, and a clear path for growth\n\nExposure to meaningful, community focused projects across diverse building types\n\nWhy DAC\nAt a large firm, early‑career staff often spend years in a single phase or project type.
