Join us in making a meaningful difference in advancing equity and justice.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Research, Evaluation & Impact Advisor (Volunteer) for a part-time, remote role. As an advisor, you will support the development and implementation of research and program evaluation frameworks for nonprofit impact measurement, helping assess program outcomes, effectiveness, and community impact. You will analyze qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate program performance and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement. Additional responsibilities include producing clear, meaningful reports to inform organizational strategy and learning.Collaboration with a research Fellow and outside stakeholders will be a key component of this role.QualificationsExperienced in Impact Measurement & Management (IMM)Proficiency in research design, program eval, and nonprofit impact measurement frameworksExcellent analytical skills, including data interpretation and evaluationStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate findings and recommendationsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentBackground in social impact, nonprofit, education, public policy, or community development fields
