Reports to Manager, Control System Engineering.\nWe are hiring an Entry‑Level Associate Control Systems Engineer who will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to design, implement, and maintain automation systems using DeltaV and Rockwell platforms to support plant production, quality, GMP, and safety goals.\nWhat You Will Do Ensure instrumentation, control systems, and documentation support the quality and production goals of the assigned unit(s).\nSupport configuration, programming, and troubleshooting of PLCs, HMIs, and distributed control systems.\nIdentify and implement improvements of instrumentation/control systems and support effective plant operations.\nMaintain knowledge continuity through subject‑matter expertise in an element of the site control system.\nParticipate in control system lifecycle planning to ensure continued support and fit for use as components approach obsolescence.\nDevelop professional skill set to improve process efficiency and control system reliability.\nResearch, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies that strengthen plant operations and share best practices across teams and facilities.\nQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or other technical discipline.\nAbility to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.\nPreferred Qualifications Internship or co‑op experience in industrial automation or related field.\nKnowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus).\nUnderstanding of DeltaV, Rockwell Automation, or microcontroller systems.\nFamiliarity with PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text).\nBenefits Competitive salary and performance‑based pay within the $69,800.00–$93,066.67 annual range.\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.\n401(k) plan with company match.\nLong‑term savings and wellness resources.\nEmployee recognition and discount programs.\nAdditional Information Relocation Available: Yes (Within Country).\nEqual opportunity employer and value diversity.
