SummaryThe Quality Assurance Specialist supports MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain (MNAe) by ensuring that products and manufacturing processes consistently meet established quality standards. This role is responsible for analyzing field issues and warranty data, conducting root cause investigations, and implementing corrective actions to reduce defects and improve overall product performance. The specialist collaborates closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to identify quality concerns, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations. This position plays a key role in driving continuous improvement and sustaining high-quality outcomes throughout the organization.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
