With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nDefine product roadmaps, product requirements, develop and deliver software solutions\nOwn and grow product solutions and features through entire product lifecycle\nUnderstand software product portfolio and technology platform to formulate, test product hypotheses through iterative Agile approach\nMake informed decisions utilizing product metrics, customer insights and support data\nEngage directly with stakeholders including customers, partners and subject experts to shape and deliver solutions\nDefine success metrics and evaluate investments in product development to ensure they are creating value for our customers and our business\nLead cross functional efforts across engineering and sales to bring products to market\nRepresent the voice of customer to engineering teams to successfully define and deliver compelling solutions\nCommunicate and maintain the vision and roadmap for software solutions\nEnsure on-time, high-quality delivery of our products\nBe user experience champion on the team to guide product UI/UX design\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\n8+ years of Software Product Management experience with cloud-based commercial SaaS products\nBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Product Management or related discipline\nProven track record of delivering SaaS solutions to market using Product Management methodology covering full product lifecycle from concept through launch\nPrior hands-on software development experience preferably developing solutions with low-code software development platforms\nStrong communication, collaboration and facilitation skills with experience developing Business Case, PRDs, MRDs, Customer Journey and Use Cases\nExpertise with Product Management methodologies, best practices and tools\nAbility to partner with software product leadership, engineering and cross functional teams from concept, design through delivery of software products\nAbility to multi-task working across multiple concurrent product initiatives in different stages of development\nPreferred skills, education and experience\nKnowledge of Energy industry\nInterest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment\nAn entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense for product ownership, prioritization and developing solutions that meet objectives and goals\nBusiness acumen and ability to understand key drivers and how products can best deliver business value\nBenefits\nResource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on candidate's qualifications.
