Laundry Attendant/Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant/Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper handling of linens, towels, and other laundry items to ensure a high standard of hygiene and presentation. Duties Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines efficiently and safely Sort, fold, and organize clean linens, towels, and garments according to hotel standards Handle special laundry requests when necessary Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area and ensure all equipment is in good working condition Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management of shortages Ensure timely completion of laundry tasks to meet operational deadlines Skills Experience with laundry operations, including washing, drying, and folding linens or garments Knowledge of cleaning techniques Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads as needed This position offers an engaging work environment for individuals committed to cleanliness and service excellence.
