You will be responsible for delivering a varied set of products—including OE‑538, BCA‑5000, Buoyant Wire Antennas (BWAs), Auxiliary Wire Antennas (AWAs), and International After‑market support—to both domestic and international customers.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute the production work scope for several programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with overall program schedules.Milestone Management: Monitor critical‑path milestones, track progress against contractual delivery dates, and take corrective action when needed.Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively spot technical, supply‑chain, and quality risks; develop and lead cross‑functional mitigation plans.Communication & Reporting: Provide concise, data‑driven status updates, escalation briefs, and decision‑support documentation to senior leadership and functional teams.Cross‑Functional Leadership: Influence and coordinate efforts across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and quality without direct authority.Budget & Quality Control: Ensure program deliverables remain within budget and meet stringent defense‑industry quality standards.Who We AreOur customers are world-wide and so is our reputation for creating original solutions with the latest technologies.
