Job Summary
We are urgently hiring a dynamic and motivated Booking Consultant to join our team. Duties
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with booking appointments and services
Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions
Maintain accurate data entry and update client information using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Manage client schedules efficiently while ensuring timely follow-up and confirmation of bookings
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive client relationships
Support sales efforts by promoting services and upselling when appropriate
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
Perform basic analysis of booking trends and client feedback to improve service delivery
Experience
Previous experience in call center, customer service, or client support roles is preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer skills
Demonstrated ability in data entry, typing accuracy, and handling cash transactions is a plus
Experience with outbound calling, sales techniques, or analysis skills will be advantageous
Bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially English) are highly desirable to serve diverse clients effectively
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening capabilities
Familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems is beneficial
Prior experience in a fast-paced environment with call center experience is preferred
