Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Romeoville, IL. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including providing clerical support, managing daily administrative functions, scheduling, coordinating communications, and supporting executives with professional and efficient administrative tasks. The role also requires handling phone inquiries and ensuring a smooth flow of operations within the office. Qualifications Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative AssistanceProficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective communicationExperience in Clerical Skills such as record keeping, scheduling, and organizing filesAbility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyAttention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common office equipmentAssociate degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
