Therefore, to deliver on our mission, The Network expects every employee to perform his or her job first and foremost in accordance with the Company’s mission.\n\nSUMMARY\nThe Program Supervisor, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (“BCBA”) is responsible for supervising the services delivered in a specialty behavior program or behavior support services, including site operations, case management, implementation of service plans, and staff supervision.\n\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below:\n\nProvides case management reviews and case supervision to individuals with special behavioral needs.\n\nParticipates in the review and matching of the individuals receiving services, including initial and on‑going assessments.\n\nReviews placement disruptions, and internal movement of individuals.\n\nDevelops and ensures implementation of individual behavior support program plans.\n\nMonitors adherence to treatment plans.\n\nRegularly reviews the individual’s records.\n\nMonitors all contractual, local and corporate mandates.\n\nProvides leadership including direct supervision of staff.\n\nObservation of behavior support plan implementation, feedback to staff on plan, review of staff documentation, and analysis of the information.\n\nSupervision of staff members obtaining their BCBA.\n\nImplements Network employee practices.\n\nEnsures safety and workers’ compensation initiatives are followed.\n\nEnsures employees receive appropriate orientation and training.\n\nOversees clinical and crisis management and investigates internal incidents as required.\n\nFacilitates communication with family members, case managers, state agencies and state/corporate offices to ensure the confidentiality of consumer and personnel related information.\n\nCoordinates and participates in ID Team Meetings.\n\nReport writing and data assessment.\n\nCoordinates daily operations of work sites to ensure consumer safety and programming needs are met.\n\nEstablishes on-call duties and supervises on-call staff.\n\nPromotes and markets programs to funding sources, community agencies, families, and related groups.\n\nMaintains and ensures that all documentation and records are accurate, up to date, and in compliance with legal and corporate requirements.\n\nCompletes purchasing of program supplies and submits billing compliance documentation.\n\nPerforms other related duties and activities as required.\n\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nDirects and supervises assigned staff including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training. Makes recommendation for decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Resolves employee problems within position responsibilities.\n\nMinimum Knowledge and Skills required by the Job\nEducation and Experience\n\nMaster’s degree and BCBA is required.\n\nOne to two years of related experience, with an emphasis on working with IDD population.\n\nOther education and experience as required by applicable regulations.\n\nCertificates, Licenses, and Registrations\n\nBCBA Certification.\n\nCurrent driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance if driving on behalf of the Company or providing transportation to individuals receiving services.\n\nCurrent CPR/First Aid Certification, as required by state.\n\nLicensure and other requirements as required by state.\n\nOther Requirements\n\nTravel as needed.\n\nOther Skills and Abilities\n\nN/A.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nMedium Work.
