This position also troubleshoots, analyzes and helps customer service resolve customer problems in a timely, efficient and professional manner.Laser Mark Technician II: Demonstrates proficiency as a Tech I and will process and engrave personalized warranty orders and work closely with the engineering team on process or technological developments.Essential Job Functions/DutiesManaging and completing laser mark orders to meet daily and weekly demandBecome proficient in Material Handler I (Shipping) competenciesQualify artwork that is submitted by customers and make necessary modification to work within the laser’s capabilitiesCreate customer proofs using Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe IllustratorClean, maintain and adjust laser hardwarePulls, packs, and prepares all finished goods for shipment to customers using knowledge of UPS, Fed-X, DHL or USPS , while paying high attention to count accuracy, weight and size restrictionsMaintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.Inspect products for defects and damagesContributes ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing proceduresExecutes housekeeping duties.Provides excellent service to internal stakeholdersPerform department general assignments as requestedQualificationsA High School Diploma or GED equivalent, and 1-2 years of laser marking experience is required.
