This position partners closely with technicians, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflows and accurate inventory handling.\nEssential Functions\nProcure parts and materials in a timely manner based on technician needs\nSource products at the most competitive price while maintaining quality standards\nInvestigate and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, orders, shipments, and invoices\nReceive, inspect, and distribute incoming parts to appropriate team members\nEvaluate and price miscellaneous electronic components for the electronics department\nEvaluate and price miscellaneous motor components for the motor department\nMaintain organized records and complete filing as needed\nOrder and manage office supply inventory\nProvide backup support for hydraulic purchasing activities as needed\nSupport additional projects and responsibilities as assigned\nExperience, Education and Skills\nHS Diploma or equivalent\nAssociates degree or better in related area of study is preferred\n1+ years' experience in a similar purchasing role\nStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail\nDemonstrated computer proficiency, including experience with general office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with coworkers, management, and suppliers\nBasic understanding of electronic components is preferred\nBasic understanding of motor components is preferred\nWhy Perfection Servo?\nJoin Perfection Servo and be part of a team that is focused on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and professional growth.
