and ensuring compliance with all certification requirements.\nEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInstruction & Training\nConduct CPR, BLS, and AED certification and recertification courses.\nTeach participants using the approved curriculum and instructional materials of the certifying organization.\nDemonstrate adult, child, and infant CPR techniques.\nInstruct participants on the proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).\nTeach relief of choking for adults, children, and infants.\nDemonstrate bag-mask ventilation and rescue breathing techniques (BLS courses).\nConduct hands-on practice sessions using CPR manikins and training equipment.\nEvaluate participant performance through written and practical skills testing.\nEnsure each participant meets all course objectives before successful completion.\nAdministrative Responsibilities\nPrepare classroom and training materials before each course.\nMaintain attendance records and participant rosters.\nComplete all required course documentation accurately and promptly.\nIssue certification cards or certificates according to the certifying organization's policies.\nTrack participant certification expiration dates when applicable.\nMaintain inventory of training supplies, AED trainers, manikins, and other instructional equipment.\nEnsure classrooms are clean, organized, and prepared for each training session.\nCompliance Responsibilities\nMaintain an active instructor certification with the approved certifying organization (e.g., American Heart Association or American Red Cross).\nDeliver courses according to current certification guidelines and standards.\nMaintain confidentiality of participant records.\nFollow OSHA infection-control guidelines when using CPR training equipment.\nClean and disinfect all manikins and training devices after each class.\nParticipate in instructor updates and continuing education to remain current with guideline changes.\nCustomer Service feedback.\nPromote professionalism, teamwork, and emergency preparedness.\nRepresent SAKIN LLC with integrity and professionalism.\nRequired Qualifications\nCurrent CPR/BLS Instructor Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), or another nationally recognized organization approved by SAKIN LLC.\nCurrent BLS Provider Certification.\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nExcellent communication and public speaking skills.\nAbility to teach adult learners effectively.\nStrong organizational and recordkeeping skills.\nValid Arizona Driver License (preferred).\nLevel One Fingerprint Clearance Card (preferred for instructors working with healthcare students or caregivers).\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience teaching CPR/BLS in healthcare, educational, or community settings.\nExperience training Direct Care Workers (DCWs), CNAs, or healthcare professionals.\nFirst Aid Instructor Certification.\nPediatric First Aid Instructor
