No.\nPrimary job duties/responsibilities:\nDesign, Develop, and Maintain Interfaces: Create and manage interfaces that allow healthcare systems (e.g., EHRs, labs, pharmacies) to exchange data using HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare standards.\nData Mapping and Transformation: Map data between different systems, ensuring that incoming data from various healthcare systems is correctly translated to the required formats, fields, and structures for downstream systems.\nTroubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve interface-related issues, including connectivity problems, message failures, data inconsistencies, or security issues. This may involve debugging code, reviewing logs, and testing interfaces.\nTesting and Validation of Interfaces: Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure that interfaces work as expected. This includes validating that data is being transmitted correctly and that it adheres to the relevant standards and business rules.\nCompliance and Security Management: Ensure that interfaces comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and security best practices, safeguarding patient data during transmission across systems.\nDocumentation and Support: Document interface specifications, workflows, and procedures, and provide ongoing support and updates for existing interfaces. This includes training and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.\nNice-to-have skills:\n1. Cerner Millennium/OpenLink development experience\n2. Waterfall development\n3.
