The ideal candidate will work across policy teams supporting multiple executives in day-to-day operations and special projects. Project management skills and the ability to keep projects on task and on time are critical to succeed in this position.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nSchedule and coordinate meetings.\nMaintain calendars and handle travel arrangements.\nProcess expense reports and compile briefing materials.\nGreet visitors.\nRespond to routine inquiries and refer matters to appropriate staff.\nEnsure quality control and adherence to Chamber policies and procedures.\nManage special projects and handle other duties as assigned.\nPartner closely with other internal and external executive assistants to plan and implement meetings and coordinate shared activities.\nCoordinate international and domestic travel and process expense reports.\nQualifications:\n\nMinimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a supporting role in a high-level, fast-paced environment.\nExceptional scheduling, organization, and administrative and project management skills with the ability to pivot at a moment’s notice.\nSuperb customer and client service.\nProfessional demeanor with a strong sense of diplomacy and personal accountability.\nOutstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills with grace under pressure.\nExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.\nImpeccable attention to detail.\nThe ability to determine urgency and manage multiple tasks calmy, efficiently, and effectively.\nA positive and professional attitude, the ability to handle confidential information, and able to deftly interact with individuals at all levels.\nSkilled in Office 365.\nThe salary range for this position is $48,400.00 to $60,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors.
