Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.\nPosition Description\nThe Test Engineer shall be responsible for designing, creating, executing, and documenting test plans and procedures to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of next generation High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems to ensure that the HPC systems meets the specified USG requirements.\nPosition Required Skills\nExperience using the Linux CLI\nExperience developing/maintaining scripts using Bash/Python\nGeneral HPC technical knowledge regarding compute, network, memory, and storage components\nExperience designing, developing, and executing test plans that cover all aspects of HPC system testing including unit, function, integration, regression, performance, scalability, compatibility, fault-detection, and reliability\nExperience developing and maintaining test automation scripts and frameworks to streamline testing processes to increase efficiency\nExperience working closely with developers and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve problems\nExperience analyzing test results and providing recommendations for improving systemperformance and efficiency\nExperience creating detailed test reports, including test results, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvement and communicating test results to the various stakeholders.\nExperience creating thorough documentation of test plans, procedures, and results for future reference and compliance purposes.\nExperience using HPC testing tools, frameworks, performance profiling, and debugging tools to assess and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of HPC systems and applications\nPosition Desired Skills\nExperience with Git Source Control System\nGeneral ability to read and understand Python or C programming semantics andconstructs\nExperience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)\nFamiliar with CI/CD practices and tools to automate and streamline the process of building, testing, and deploying software.\nWho is Ctrl+\nAre you tired of being just another face in the crowd?
