Guest Room Attendant The Guest Room Attendant will be responsible for the overall room cleanliness as well as replenishment of mini bar amenities to ensure exceptional service to all guests that is consistent and continually in accordance with the Autograph Collection standards under the franchise of Mainsail Lodging and Development.What you have:Highschool diploma or equivalentPrevious hospitality experiencePrior experience in a cleaning positionExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong customer service skillsAbility to use technology, e.g., computers, tablets, iPadsOrganizational skillsProven experience in working quickly and efficientlyAbility to take initiative and handle assignments with limited supervisionA sense of ownership in everything that you doWhat you'll do:Clean and sanitize assigned hotel rooms to include: dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning windows, mirrors, cleaning bathrooms, vents, lobby areas, walls, carpets, and common areas within shift time requirementsReplenish amenities within guest rooms, including toiletries and minibarReport any technology, maintenance, or room ware issues to Housekeeping ManagerInteract with all hotel guests in a professional manner; assist as needed and share hotel knowledgeAssist guests with any special requests, including amenities or any room ware needsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the housekeeping office and storage area.
