Sales Representative

UHQ Construction is seeking motivated Sales Representatives with B2C roofing sales experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive revenue by generating new leads, managing customer relationships, and closing residential roofing projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong negotiation skills, outside sales experience, and a proven ability to close deals. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through residential outreach, referrals, and lead follow-up Conduct in-home consultations and roofing product demonstrations Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and existing clients Manage your sales pipeline using CRM software Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services Develop and execute strategies to grow sales within your territory Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns Stay informed on roofing industry trends, products, and competitors Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns Attend sales training and team meetings to improve performance Requirements Required: Proven experience in B2C roofing sales Strong track record of lead generation and closing residential sales Experience with outside sales and territory management Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce or similar preferred) Self-motivated with strong time management skills Ability to work independently and meet sales goals Why Join Our Team?
