In this role, you will help implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems while managing related infrastructure and ensuring operational integrity.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage hardware-related ServiceNow (SNOW), NLYTE, and JIRA tickets and provide regular updates to the customer\r\nPlan all phases of hardware projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and maturing technical performance parameters\r\nPerform engineering reviews of deployment packages submitted by customers to identify and resolve inconsistencies\r\nWork closely with the systems engineering team to develop and validate hardware drawing packages\r\nComplete documentation to obtain approvals for shipping equipment to pre-staging areas and keep stakeholders informed (e.g., MDATs, TOEs)\r\nPerform immediate changes, maintenance, sustainment, and replacement of failed hardware (Break/Fix support)\r\nOrganize and lead hardware installations across multiple operational sites\r\nTroubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate with multiple organizations while on TDY assignments as requiredMinimum Qualifications:\r\n14+ years of experience as a Hardware Engineer analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGINT applications\r\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field; an additional 5 years of hardware engineering experience might be substituted for a degreePreferred Qualifications: :\r\nExperience with ServiceNow and/or other ticketing systems\r\nTravel 10%–20% CONUS/OCONUS as needed to rack and stack hardware, interpret a CRL, and cable racks based on technical documentationClearance Requirements:\r\nMust have a current/active TS/SCI with PolygraphPhysical Requirements:\r\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time\r\nOccasionally move within the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, or virtual meetings, which may include delivering presentations.
