The firm advises employers on complex workplace matters, including wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination, harassment claims, and broader labor issues across multiple industries.Overview:The firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Partner based in California, with flexibility to work across multiple offices on a hybrid schedule. This role offers the opportunity to grow your practice within a supportive and resource-rich environment, leveraging the firm’s infrastructure, teams, and national platform. The ideal candidate will have a track record of client development, litigation leadership, and the ability to expand their practice while mentoring teams and taking on high-level strategic matters.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex employment litigation matters, including wage and hour claims, employment discrimination, harassment cases, and PAGA/class actions.Develop and maintain client relationships, providing strategic counsel.Mentor and guide junior attorneys and staff, building a strong practice team.Collaborate with firm leadership to identify growth opportunities and expand your book of business.Utilize the firm’s resources to scale your practice and increase revenue potential.Qualifications:JD from an ABA-accredited law school; admitted to practice in California.Proven experience as a partner, senior counsel, or senior employment litigation attorney.Established book of business with growth potential.
