You will be responsible for driving sales strategies, optimizing processes, and managing resources efficiently. Your role is vital in shaping a high-impact sales strategy and fostering a cohesive, motivated team environment. You will report to the Associate Director, Inside Sales – Tax & Accounting North America, Small Firms. Specific job responsibilities are outlined below:What You'll Be DoingLead and manage the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIsDevelop and execute sales strategies and action plansTrack and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights for improvementEnsure seamless operation of sales processes and efficient use of CRM toolsAddress escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionTrain and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledgeCollaborate with Marketing to develop lead generation initiativesImplement and monitor adherence to sales policies and proceduresCompile and present sales reports to senior managementFoster a positive and dynamic team environment that encourages continuous improvement.Maintain consistent and accurate forecasting of new businessEnsure ongoing and consistent adherence to Salesforce.com compliance with pipeline managementMaintain consistent communication with sales leadershipAttend key customer and industry conferencesPerforms other duties as assigned by supervisorYou're a Great Fit If You HaveEducation:Bachelor's degree or equivalent years’ of relevant work experienceMinimum Experience:5+ years working in B2B Sales or Account Management or other equivalent experienceExperience adapting functional/departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges and objectivesExperience being accountable for a centralized functional activityDemonstrated ability to lead, develop and manage individual contributor sales representativesDemonstrated ability to influence the team to deliver on outcomesPreferred Experience:Prior sales of software/SaaS or other relevant subscription-based product solutionsPrior relevant work experience or working knowledge of the Tax & Accounting industry including familiarity with terminology, principles and practicesOther Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:Leadership: Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate a sales teamStrategic Planning: Skill in designing and implementing effective sales strategiesAnalytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data for decision-makingCRM Systems: Proficient use of CRM systems to manage sales activities and customer informationCustomer Relations: Maintaining strong, professional relationships with customersPerformance Management: Tracking team performance and implementing improvement plansTraining Development: Designing and delivering training programs for sales staffCollaboration: Working effectively with other departments to drive sales initiativesTRAVELUp to 10% annually for company/industry events or trade showsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this job. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
