This position ensures accurate documentation, effective program implementation, and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting team collaboration and individual outcomes.\n\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nProvide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.\n\nMonitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered.\n\nProgram supervisors are expected to ensure all direct service shifts in their program(s) are filled.\n\nProvide training for employees.\n\nConduct monthly staff meetings.\n\nProvide hands‑on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.\n\nEnsure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.\n\nAssist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.\n\nQualifications\nWhat Makes You A Great Fit:\n\nMinimum 18 years of age.\n\nHigh school diploma/GED equivalent required.\n\nA two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities with supervisory experience preferred.\n\nPerson-centered, patient, and kind.\n\nDependable, adaptable, flexible.\n\nObservant and detail oriented.\n\nPositive role-model for others and able to work on a team.\n\nCommitted to creating a respectful and collaborative environment.\n\nComputer skills for documentation.\n\nGood communication is key in this role.
