They will review financial documents for discrepancies, unauthorized transactions, or errors, and maintain proper trust-account records.\r\nThis role requires adherence to the highest standards of accounting best practices, overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. It requires a passion for accounting and finance to contribute to the success of the founding partners.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nOversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis\r\nPrepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders\r\nEnsure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies\r\nManage the month-end and year-end close process, including financial statement preparation and analysis\r\nImplement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies\r\nSupervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred\r\n7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role\r\nStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards\r\nProficient in financial management systems and advanced MS Excel skills\r\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\r\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline–driven environment\r\nExperience in IOLTA accounting is a huge plus\r\nCompensation\r\nThe firm offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $150,000+ plus benefits and bonuses (DOE).
