If this sounds like what you are looking for, we'd love to hear from you!Job SummaryThe Parent Program Transportation Driver's overall objective is to ensure the safe transport of campers, staff, and VIP guests. Additionally they will support all departments with seeking and supplying materials and operational needs. They will drive in a manner that is safe and reliable, as well as comply with all laws, Woodward's Fleet Vehicle Policy and safety protocols. You will work and play in the same innovative environments as professional and Olympic athletes.Discounts on food, retail and gear.Career Development and growth opportunities here and at our facilities across the globe.A connection with people who share the same passions and embrace each other's unique and individual styles.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide safe and efficient transportation to campers, staff, and VIPsServe with a team of drivers to provide around the clock coverage of transportation dutiesProvide on-call overnight coverage on a rotational basis for transportation servicesInteract professionally with team drivers, campers, parents, staff, VIP's, and third party staffAttend to unaccompanied minor travel, coordinating with parents and airport staffProfessionally maintain continuous and effective communication with Transportation Coordinator, parents, and medical personnel as directedGreet campers and guests with enthusiasm and hospitalityMaintain the utmost care to the confidentiality of informationCollect and submit all receipts for any authorized camp expenditureComply with all aspects of Woodward's Fleet Vehicle PolicyMaintain safe, clean and professional camp vehiclesAbility to drive assortment of Woodward vehicles (sedans, small SUV's, and 15 passenger vans and shuttles)Assist with maintaining a safe, fun and creative environment for our camper, guests and staffContribute to the overall supervision and safety of all campersAssist in cabin daily cleaning inspectionsAssist with organizing execution of recreation activitiesOperate a vehicle to execute assigned dutiesAbility to drive 4+ hour tripsCabin Counselor duties as assignedOther duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibilities+/- 20 campers (7-17 years old)Key Skills and CompetenciesAbility to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate supervision, agile, and able to pivot quicklyExhibits initiative, responsibility, and accountabilityStrong attention to detailComfortable handling confidential informationSuccessful working in an independent and team environmentAbility to develop strong relationships with diverse groups of peopleQualificationsDriver's License requiredMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record CheckMust be able to safely drive a 15 passenger vanHigh School degree or equivalent requiredProvide work related references upon requestEmployment in this position is contingent upon successful completion of all pre-hire background checks, including criminal history clearance through the Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH), child abuse clearance through the Department of Public Welfare, Motor Vehicle Record if required by position and federal background screening via FBI fingerprintingPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a camp environment is preferredPre-requisitesMust have or be able to obtain the following prior to starting work:Mandated Reporter Training CertificateSafesport Training CertificateDrive Safe TrainingPhysical and Environmental RequirementsPhysical Capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 50 lbs.Must be comfortable working in an outdoor and indoor all-season environment.Adhere to all workplace safety practices, expectations, and guidelines.Primary on-site work location: Woodward, PAPreferred Commitment1 WeekYou make us Woodward.
