Accounting Manager (Regulatory)We’re partnering with a global, high-growth organization seeking a strong Accounting Manager with a heavy emphasis on regulatory and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a Big 4-trained CPA or public accounting professional looking to move into a highly visible role supporting a complex, large-scale business environment.The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in technical accounting, financial statement preparation, and regulatory reporting, along with the ability to improve processes and partner cross-functionally across the organization. This role offers exposure to high-volume transactions, operational accounting, automation initiatives, and leadership collaboration within a fast-paced and intellectually driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support regulatory and financial reporting activitiesPrepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliationsAssist with month-end close and ad hoc accounting analysisServe as a key accounting resource for business partners across multiple functions and locationsIdentify and drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficienciesSupport accounting transformation efforts and streamline routine activitiesEnsure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and reporting requirementsIdeal Background:CPA strongly preferredBig 4 or large public accounting experience highly desired5+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong understanding of financial statement preparation and regulatory reportingExperience working in large, complex organizations with high transaction volumeStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsERP/SAP experience preferred; SQL exposure is a plusProcess-improvement mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentThis is a strong opportunity for someone looking to step into a highly collaborative, visible accounting role with significant exposure to regulatory matters, operational improvement initiatives, and leadership interaction.
