Your duties will encompass all things related to material movement and inventory tracking within the plant. You will regularly operate forklifts and pallet jacks in the execution of your duties. You will be based onsite in Mesa, AZ.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPreproduction activities include:\nCollaborate with operations supervisor to finalize operating consumables storage locations\nOrganize, inventory and put-away all operating consumables\nLabel inventory racks and storage areas as agreed for easy identification\nComplete preproduction training\n\nPostproduction activities include:\nOrganizing inbound and outbound loads\nReceiving materials and putting them away in the appropriate storage location\nLoading trucks for outbound shipments\nUse forklift and pallet jack to move palletized material within the plant including:\nTransferring material to and from the production lines for feeding or storing of end products\nWeighing of materials and entering information into inventory management system\nReceiving of goods in the inventory management system\nConducting cycle counts and ensuring inventory accuracy\nMaintaining accurate inventory records\nOther responsibilities as required\n\nQualifications:\n\nUnderstand general functioning of a warehouse and logistics\nSkilled operator of material handling equipment including:\nforklift, pallet jack, pump cart etc.\nProficient in Excel and basic understanding of inventory management.\nAbility to operate in a dynamic fast past environment, with a high sense of urgency.\nExperience with product sampling, such as metals and concentrates, a plus.\n\nWorking Conditions:\nThis position may require working in outdoor or indoor environments, with exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.\nThe job may involve shift work, weekend shifts, or on-call availability depending on operational needs.\nPersonal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times.\n\nWhat we can offer you:\nAn impactful company improving the sustainability of critical materials production.\nThe opportunities of a young and fast-growing company.
