OFS is searching for Construction Associates to assist our property management teamin building, maintaining, & renovating various OFS properties.Essential FunctionsResponsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Construct, erect, install and repair structures Layout, construct and install footings, floors, walls, roofs, doors, windows,stairways, etc. Repair and replace building structure, i.e., studs, joists, trusses, rafters, etc. Modify existing, construct new or relocate existing structures Read and understand blueprints/drawingsQualifications Prior construction experience Extreme attention to detail Ability to Multi-Task Must be a self-starter and motivator Ability to lift and perform all tasks involving physical labor Experience with carpentry equipment and tools
