Job SummaryProvides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints | Resolves customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively | Provides product and service information to customers and identifies upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships | Recommends and implements programs to support customer needs | Responsibilities are within the Customer Support/Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of DisciplinesJob ResponsibilityCRM 系統資料庫管理:執行資料庫日常巡檢、資料、作業程序規劃。系統程序維護:確保系統正確及針對系統異動進行記錄與流程優化更新。故障排除:解決及記錄系統資料面異常問題,進行反應故障及協助IT排除。文件撰寫:編寫技術文件、作業程序標準書 (SOP)。ERP 與系統程序:熟悉企業資源規劃系統的運作、報表開發及 BPM 電子簽核流程維護。文書處理作業整理及歸納。Requirements-資管、資訊工程相關科系大學畢業。- 1年以上資料庫管理或資訊相關及企業CRM 系統工作經驗。-主動積極、細心負責、具備良好的團隊協作與溝通能力。-擁有 ERP 系統操作經驗、系統開發經驗及資安相關證照尤佳。CompetenciesAnalysisCustomer OrientationCommunicationQualityEducationBachelor'sCertifications
