Systems Administrator - Microsoft 365 & Azure CloudLocation: Ramsey, MN (Onsite 3 days/week)Employment Type: Direct Hire (W2 only - no 1099, C2C, or 3rd parties) OverviewWe are seeking a Systems Administrator to support and manage Microsoft 365 (including Teams Voice) and Azure cloud environments. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting servers, data storage, enterprise business applications, and computer systems to ensure maximum efficiency with minimal downtime. CompensationSalary Range: $88,000 - $117,000 annuallyEligible for an annual bonus (target payout based on company performance)Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support Microsoft 365 (including Teams Voice), Azure, and related cloud applications to ensure performance, reliability, and securityMonitor system health, alerts, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues proactivelyManage user accounts, access controls, licensing, and security configurationsPerform backups, data recovery, and system maintenance activitiesSupport hybrid cloud/on-premises infrastructure integrationsApply patches, updates, and system upgradesCollaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutionsIdentify inefficiencies and implement system improvementsDevelop and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online)Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and workflowsMaintain governance, documentation, and compliance standardsSupport and lead cloud and infrastructure-related projectsEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvementsRequired QualificationsAssociate degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience3-4+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and desktop environments3-4+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or similar acceptable)Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, including Teams VoiceExperience with Microsoft 365 development tools (SharePoint Online, Power Platform)Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system performance analysis skillsExperience with Windows Server (2012/2016) and Windows 10 environmentsExperience managing user access, security, and system configurationsStrong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teamsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple support requestsValid driver's licensePreferred QualificationsExperience providing direct end-user support in a corporate environmentExperience working with mobile network environmentsAdvanced Microsoft 365 / Power Platform development experience Desired Skills and ExperienceMicrosoft 365, M365, Power Automate, Power Platform, Teams, VoiceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
