By combining top-tier expertise, open communication, and dependable service, we go beyond industry standards to deliver results our clients can trust.What will you do: Make initial contact with clients to confirm each project's scope of work and the time frame required for an expert investigation Format formal documents and other correspondence to ensure font, style, pagination and numbering are consistent with Keystone's quality control requirements Provide client updates/requests via phone and email on the projects being managed Coordinate with a nationwide team of experts on multiple open assignments to ensure quality and turnaround time compliance meets our established expectations for client deadlines, status updates, and billing information Prepare budgets, billing invoice templates, package finalized invoices and reports, and transmit to the client Direct supervision of project coordinators and responsible for their performance Coach and mentor other project coordinator team members to success Balance individual accountability with a collaborative results-driven team of professional project coordinators, administrative staff, technical staff and company leaders Approve project changes and adjustments Set project priorities and timelines Advise senior management on project status and outcomes Lead project meetings and facilitating collaboration among team members Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Conduct post-project evaluations and identifying areas for improvement The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred5+ years of experience in the property insurance industry specifically as a Claims Supervisor, Desk Examiner, Inside Adjuster, or equivalent 3+ years of project coordination or other relevant experience Excellent written and verbal communications skills with strong customer focus for client communications Critical thinking skills applicable to escalation resolution Enthusiasm for working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentProven track record of ability to adhere to tight deadlines by organizing, prioritizing and completing multiple tasks Tech-savvy across multiple software platforms, ideally including working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets) Flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends as neededJob Type: Full-time Location: Hybrid (Castle Rock, CO) OR Remote (Florida) Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Depending on experience Schedule:8-hour shiftDay shift (CO: 9am-6PM FL: 8am-5pm)Monday to FridayAbility to Commute:Castle Rock, CO 80104 The pay range for this role is:65,000 - 80,000 USD per year (Colorado)65,000 - 80,000 USD per year (Florida )
