In this role, you will work closely with your manager and cross-functional teams to help plan, implement, and maintain customer systems. You’ll assist with both internal and external communications to ensure projects run smoothly and meet customer goals. *Temp position.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIncludes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):\n\nSupport senior engineers and management in coordinating projects for large enterprise customers\nCollaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, and support) to deliver hardware and software solutions that meet customer requirements\nHelp manage customer communications and follow up on technical issues or project updates\nAssist in deploying and maintaining data center and server solutions using Intel, AMD, Nvidia and other architectures\nLearn to troubleshoot systems related to computing, storage, and networking environments\nParticipate in testing, documentation, and reporting for ongoing and new projects\nContribute to technical documentation such as setup guides, product notes, and knowledge base articles\nSupport training and pre-sales activities by preparing materials and learning product features\nWork cross-department to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues\nAbility to build and demonstrate proof-of-concept that meets or exceeds customer business needs\nAbility to present the corporate brand, product messaging and solutions to customers\nVisit on-site facilities and operations to enable solution integration and issue resolution\nSome travel required (up to 25%)\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field\n0–2 years of experience in systems, hardware, or application engineering (internship or academic project experience plus)\nBasic understanding of data center architecture, CPU/GPU platforms, and storage solutions\nSolid HW system design and diagnostics skills\nFamiliarity with Firmware, Linux, Windows and virtualization platforms is a plus\nStrong interest in learning about enterprise AI and advanced computing environments\nGood communication and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude\nAbility to manage multiple small tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment\nIndividual must be able to work effectively in a high pressure environment\nSalary Range\n$38.00/hr - $43.00/hr\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
