Supervisory experience is a must; correctional/social services experience is a plus.\nSignificant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered (5+ years).\nMust be able to pass federal drug screen requirements and pass a background check.\nPreferred qualifications include:\nMasters Degree\nLAC/LCPC/LCSW Licensure\nAbout the Team:\nThe Program Supervisor of the Passages Assessment, Sanction, and Revocation unit oversees a team of case managers and the overall programming of the ASRC unit at Passages.\nThe Program Supervisor is directly accountable to the Director of Passages, who has been with the Agency for over 15 years and has led as Director for the last 2 years. She is an experienced dually licensed LAC/LCPC with years in corrections, case management, and treatment.\nWhat will you do in this position?\nThe Program Supervisor is responsible for the overall development, implementation, and monitoring of the assigned program.
