Sales Executive OpportunityBe Group is seeking Sales Executives for a national payroll and HR services provider supporting 50,000+ SMBs. In this role, you'll manage the full sales cycle, selling payroll and workforce solutions to businesses with up to 500 employees. Location: West Chester CountyResponsibilitiesProspect, build pipeline, and close new businessPartner with referral sources (CPAs, brokers, bankers, advisors)Conduct discovery, present solutions, negotiate, and closeBuild relationships with owners, CFOs, HR, and operations leadersTraining: You'll report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Payroll Territory Manager, including joint appointments during ramp-up.Qualifications2+ years B2B sales (payroll, HR tech, SaaS, or similar)Proven SMB/mid-market success and quota attainmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsCompensation & BenefitsPurposely created to be the most competitive compensation models in the payroll industryCompetitive base during ramp (36 months)40% commission on signed deals15% lifetime residuals + performance bonusesNo income capMedical, dental, life, disability, and 401(k) match
