Works 1:1 with PMs, adhering to agency/PM guidelines and staffing/labor oversight with DSA (Director of Systems + Analysis) support. Reports to VP/DPM.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\nSupport and facilitate portfolio governance and oversight of a group of defined accounts\nManagement of AOR/OOS labor reporting and analysis, billing oversight, risk management\nProvide coaching and training to project managers and account leadership to help them to understand project evaluation criteria\nMeet regularly with Resource Management to negotiate and coordinate resource conflicts\nEnsure project portfolio stays aligned with business objectives and scope defined\nIdentify lessons-learned (Sunsets) and continually refine the portfolio management process\nFoster a collaborative effort that enables neighborhood leadership and senior executives to reach agreement on portfolio objectives\nResponsible for ensuring all deadlines are met, project budget is monitored, and stakeholders are informed of status at all stages·\nCoordinate workload and priorities with PMs assigned to brands within the Program Manager’s portfolio\nManage weekly PM team meetings (specific to brands) to discuss project details – including risk management, task prioritization and scope changes\nLead weekly resource meetings with Talent Manager\nConsultant and mentor to PMs while assisting on complex deliverables\nContinually help to up-level the PMs with their overall skills & agency process\nMeet regularly with Production Leads to improve workflows and efficiencies\n\nAreas of Expertise: Superpowers!\nCreative Resourcing lead for PM team\nSkills Workflow Resourcing workflow lead\nScrum Lead/Trainer\nSocial Chair\nBackup and coverage for Program Director\n\nBusiness Management\nPartner with DPM on SOW and Staffing Plan development\nResponsible for creating project estimates in collaboration with internal stakeholders\nAssist PM team in creating/reviewing project estimates\nAssist PM in tracking actuals against project estimates\nResponsible for impact analysis for scope change on assigned projects leading to collaboration with Account Team to determine next steps\nAttend/run bi-monthly finance/billing meetings with account\nResponsible for review of client burn reports within the portfolio to ensure portfolio success and/or collaboration with Account Directors on adjustments as needed to align client scope with financial compensation\n\nContributing to the Department\nAttend and actively participate in monthly department meetings\nContribute ideas to the betterment of the department -
