Full Stack Engineer(full-time; in-office or hybrid)About the Company - Cathmere is revolutionizing how capital flows to emerging markets through our innovative fintech platform. We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help build our end-to-end solution that connects US investors with high-impact equipment financing opportunities in emerging markets.The Challenge – Build a scalable platform that captures real-world asset performance via multiple streams of operational and financial data in a decentralized network of business counterparties. Our solution requires sophisticated data architecture that can handle diverse data sources, ensure data integrity, and provide real-time analytics.In this role, you will:·      Develop intuitive user interfaces for public facing and internal web applications·      Build scalable APIs and backend services in Node.js and Typescript·      Implement real-time data visualization and analytics dashboards·      Work with our private blockchain network for immutable data storage·      Create robust integration patterns for connecting ERP systems and IoT data streams·      Design and implementing secure authentication and authorization systemsAs a successful candidate, you will have: ·      Built, released and scaled full-stack web applications in production·      At least 5 years of professional software development experience·      Proficient in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React·      Experience with cloud platforms and modern website infrastructure·      Experience building and deploying applications using continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment toolsIt’s a bonus if you have:·      Experience with financial technology or trading platforms·      Knowledge of blockchain technologies·      Background in data visualization and real-time analytics·      Experience with ERP and CRM systems·      Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for financial dataHiring Process:The Cathmere team is small, and our hiring process is focused on brevity and efficiency.1.   Video call with the Hiring Manager2.   Past experience interview3.   Technical Design and Coding interview4.
