Enterprise Transformation Associate

This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsPosition: Enterprise Transformation AssociateLocation: New York, NYDuration: 6 Months (High Possibility of Extension)RequirementsResponsibilities:Assist in the development of annual operating priorities and strategic growth plans spanning 3 to 5 years for the Enterprise businessBreak down complex business challenges into well-defined hypotheses, analyses, alternatives, and recommendationsDevelop financial, scenario, and business case models to guide strategic decision-making, investment evaluations, and go-to-market considerationsConvert data and analytical findings into clear recommendations for senior leadershipManage cross-functional collaboration across sales, finance, product, alliances, marketing, and operations teamsFacilitate change management and adoption initiatives to ensure new priorities and methodologies are effectively implemented in field operationsAggregate data from Salesforce, Tableau, Excel/Sheets, and internal reports to generate actionable insightsCreate dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to enhance visibility into business performance and progress of initiativesPrepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and decision memos for leadership discussionsContribute to establishing a more disciplined operating model encompassing planning, business reviews, initiative tracking, and decision-making processesSupport continuous improvement of standards, governance, and working norms within the transformation officeSkills:2-4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, finance, corporate development, investment banking, or a similarly demanding problem-solving environmentProficient analytical and financial modeling skills, capable of translating data into meaningful business insightsStrong proficiency in PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets; familiarity with Tableau and Salesforce is preferredMust-have skillsEnterprise Transformation, TableauGood-to-have SkillsFinance, Investment Banking
