That is why we offer competitive compensation and generous benefits and perks.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES\nDevelops and locates recreation events that meet the needs of the clients and, in some cases, bring visibility to the Agency\nMeets with clients to determine leisure time/recreational interests and capabilities\nCoordinates and provide transportation and supervision of clients on recreation events\nResponsible for budgeting and safekeeping of recreation monies and charges. Also, maintain accurate records of expenditures, submit vouchers for approval to supervisor.\nProvides skill training in social skills areas such as appropriate public behavior, etc.\nFill out all necessary employment forms\nEnsures security and confidentiality of all assigned Alternatives, Inc. records\nSCHEDULE\n16 hours per week; primarily weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Schedules are determined by programmatic needs and maintained by assigned supervisor.\nTRAINING\nAll employees are required to complete 10-15 trainings upon hire and on an ongoing basis. Trainings are a combination of in person, which require staff to commute to the main office in Raritan NJ, and remote, using Go To Meeting.
